Tilley Fibergrate
Tough, durable and easy to work with, Tilley Fibergrate molded gratings offer a superior Non-Skid surface for a multitude of applications and environments, providing a safe and easy maintenance surface to work from. The larger open area enables greater drainage of liquids and helps to reduce material blockages. Our profiled fixing brackets ensure the grating is secure and free from movement.

In addition to our comprehensive range of stock Non-Skid products, we offer a design and manufacture service for bespoke non-skid solutions.
We bring your ideas to reality with flexibility, responsiveness & timeliness. Our in-house Technology centre uses the latest processing design & drawing software, such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD, to refine your concept before production begins. Capacity and high-speed punching is achieved through our four CNC Turret Punch Presses. Our latest Motorum 2558 Turret Press offers the best in custom and precision punching, with a sheet size capacity of 1525x5000mm and a punching accuracy of +/- 0.1 mm.
We work comfortably with an incredibly wide range of materials, thicknesses and sizes. Whether your design is basic or complex, standard or custom, we offer perforation patterns to suit a multitude of decorative or functional requirements.
